Mark brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, sales, and project management—from satellite systems to smart home technology. After decades leading technical teams at companies like Verizon, iDirect, and Intelsat, he now applies that same precision and professionalism to home maintenance. As the founder of Beyond-The-Fix, Mark combines his senior systems engineering expertise with hands-on know-how to offer reliable, preventative care for homeowners who want peace of mind—not projects piling up.

With over 40 years as a registered nurse, Linda knows how to listen, respond, and care — not just for people, but for their homes too.
As co-owner and the heart of our customer service team, Linda makes sure every call is answered with empathy and every project is handled with care. Whether it’s a technical job or a simple fix, she helps our customers feel confident and supported from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Seth
Lead Handyman | Field Specialist
With over 22 years of hands-on experience in the Southern Utah area, Seth began his career in custom home carpentry and framing before expanding into a wide range of trades. His expertise includes windows and doors, painting, concrete work and finishing, flooring, cabinetry, and fine finish carpentry. There’s hardly a home repair or improvement project he hasn’t mastered.
Seth takes pride in treating every home as if it were his own—bringing craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail to every job. His commitment to quality sets the standard for our team, ensuring that every project meets the high expectations our clients deserve.
Stacy
Tree Care | Removal Specialist | Landscaper
With over 20 years of professional tree care experience, Stacy began his career as a utility arborist in Northeastern Pennsylvania, trimming trees around high-voltage powerlines for Pennsylvania Power & Light. He later served as Lead Foreman with respected companies such as Treesmiths and Asplundh, where he supervised crews and refined his skills in roping, rigging, pruning, and safe tree removal.
Stacy leads our tree care services with the same reliability, safety, and craftsmanship our clients expect from Beyond-The-Fix. Now based in Southern Utah, he takes pride in completing every project with efficiency, precision, and genuine care for both people and property—keeping homes and landscapes safe, healthy, and beautiful year-round.
